Eric goes out to dinner at to your restaurant. Eric’s soup is cold and the service was not great that day. Eric goes to review page to leave feedback about his experience. He selects “bad experience” which will bring him to another set of questions asking for more info and your restaurant will be notified so you can instantly reach out to Eric to attempt to resolve the issue before the review goes public.
Good Experience
Jane also goes out to dinner at your restaurant. Her burger was perfectly prepared and her service was amazing. Jane also goes to the review page to leave feedback about her experience. She selects “good experience” which will then give her options to share this experience with her social network for a coupon. Your restaurant will still be notified and can reach out to thank Jane for coming in and say how much they look forward to seeing her again soon.
